Chief Innovation Officer
Lorne Lucree, Chief Innovation Officer, joined the Voyant Beauty Leadership team in August of 2019. Lorne offers extensive experience partnering on speed-to-market innovation and development with key raw material and packaging suppliers, as well as retail accounts like Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, Space NK, and Birchbox.
Prior to joining Voyant, Lorne was the Head of Innovation and Development for Luxury Brand Partners. There he was responsible for leading innovation from concept to commercialization for 400+ existing and new SKUs globally for IGK, R+Co, Smith & Cult, and V76 brands as well as In Common for the US.
Prior to LBP, Lorne held global marketing and product development positions at L’Oréal and Estee Lauder. He serves on the board of the Western Aerosol Information Bureau.
Lorne has his MBA with a focus on Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
Lorne is responsible for developing and executing the strategy that will enable Voyant Beauty to exploit its unique capabilities and become an industry leader in innovation. His scope includes marketing, product development, research & development, and PR.
