Ed Byczynski
Chief Executive Officer
Ed Byczynski joined Voyant Beauty as Chief Executive Officer in October 2024. Ed brings extensive experience running large-scale supply chain services and manufacturing organizations. During his 15+ years as a private equity-backed CEO, he has a proven track record of growing businesses through organic growth, strategic planning, cost management, and M&A.
His most recent position was CEO of Duraco, a leading manufacturer of tape products. During his tenure, he oversaw strong year-over-year company growth and multiple successful acquisitions. Prior to Duraco, Ed served for eleven years as CEO & President of PLZ Holding Corporation, a leading aerosol manufacturer in North America. During his tenure at PLZ, the company experienced rapid growth and expansion, adding new locations and beginning new product categories.
Ed is a native Chicagoan. He’s also a graduate of Aurora and DePaul University. Ed is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and a Certified Public Accountant.
