A purpose-driven leader with more than two decades of experience in the beauty and personal care industry, Ashish is passionate about creating environments where people thrive, innovation accelerates, and quality becomes a shared mindset across the organization. Prior to joining Voyant Beauty, he held multiple senior leadership roles at L’Oréal, where he led manufacturing, operations, and quality across high-volume environments and championed initiatives that elevated performance, engagement, and customer trust.

Ashish holds an MBA from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is also pursuing his Master of Supply Chain Management at Rutgers Business School.
