Brad Schechtman

Chief Financial Officer

Brad Schechtman joined Voyant Beauty as Chief Financial Officer in December 2024. Brad brings a wealth of experience to this role, with more than two decades of financial leadership experience across several manufacturing industries in both private equity-backed companies and public companies.

Most recently, Brad served as CFO of Covercraft Industries, an automotive accessories manufacturer, where he drove growth and change initiatives. Prior to Covercraft, Brad served as CFO to Voyant’s current CEO, Ed Byczynski, at Duraco Specialty Materials. In his 4 years in the CFO role at Duraco, Brad led 5 successful acquisitions and drove significant revenue and EBITDA growth. Prior to his time at Duraco, Brad held multiple senior level international finance positions at Essentra PLC, a British manufacturing conglomerate.

Brad is a native Chicagoan and is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
