Chief Operating Officer
Clint Rutledge joined Voyant Beauty in February 2025 as Senior Vice President of Continuous Improvement and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2025. With over 25 years of progressive, multi-site experience, Clint has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing innovative processes that enhance efficiency and profitability across complex operational landscapes.
Most recently, Clint served as the Vice President of Operations at Multi-Color Corporation in Chicago, Illinois.
Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from the University of Michigan, and a Six Sigma Champion Designation from Qualtec.
