Chief Commercial Officer

Don Jacklich joined Voyant Beauty as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2026. In this role, Don leads our commercial team, focusing on strategic selling, positive customer experience and market development. He works closely with internal teams to exceed customer expectations and enable profitable growth.

Don brings a wealth of experience in consumer product sales, leadership and strategic planning to Voyant Beauty. Some of his previous roles include EVP Sales at Harvest Food Group and Chief Sales Officer at PLZ Corp, where he reorganized and strategically aligned the selling organization which enabled a more effective approach to winning in the marketplace. Don has also held sales leadership positions at some of the finest consumer product companies including Pepsi, Conagra Brands, Frito-Lay and Tree House Foods.
